A refundable key / breakage deposit is payable upon arrival at the resort, the amount can be confirmed by contacting the resort directly. Please note that should this fee not be paid, occupancy will not be granted. Please note that the Key and Breakage Fee is payable upon arrival to the Resort directly. This fee is not payable to the Reservation Company, as it is a Resort function. Please note that no pets are permitted. This includes all pets. There is only one parking bay per unit, and the resort can only assist with additional parking should a guest arrive without a car. There is a charge for additional secure parking, alternately there is public parking in front of the resort. MAINTENANCE ALERT: Essential preventative maintenance on the section of the building located within the sea is to commence on Monday 16 February, 2026. Noise work will take please between 09H30-12H30 on weekdays depending on the weather. Kindly note that this includes work with jackhammers and therefore noise levels can be expected. A major refurb is in progress in some of the 1 bedroom units. This includes noisy work such as removal of tiles and baths etc. There will be external contractors on-site and noise levels will be kept to 10AM-3PM daily. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Air conditioners in selected units. The gym is for guests to use privately for 45min sessions only. Guests with balconies can make use of the Cadac braais on the balcony with a charge of R10.00 per day. Group Bookings Notice: Please note that should you confirm 2 or more chalets at the same resort, for the same period, that this will be regarded as a Group Booking. Over and above the Standard Terms and Conditions and Resort Rules and Regulations, the below will also apply to all Group Bookings: 1. Before confirming and paying for your Group Booking (2 or more chalets at the same resort, for the same period), it is your responsibility to first contact the relevant Reservations Company to obtain approval from the relevant resort for the Group Booking. Should the resort decline the request for the Group Booking, the reservation will be canceled with immediate effect. Should the resort grant approval for the Group Booking, the relevant Reservations Group will assist with the payment and confirmation of the reservations, and all additional Group Booking Terms and Conditions will be explained. 2. Group Booking gatherings are not permitted in one chalet. No more than the prescribed number of guests per chalet will be permitted in the chalet. 3. Communal / Boma areas / facilities are available at most resorts. Please contact the resort directly after confirming the booking with the relevant Reservations Company, to book the areas for Group Bookings. Please do note that this will be at an additional cost and managed by the relevant resort. 4. No parties / loud music / disruptive / abusive behavior will be tolerated. Non-compliance will lead to immediate eviction at Managements and / or Security’s sole discretion. This decision is final, and the Group will be requested to leave the resort immediately. Should the Group be evicted from the resort, or occupation not permitted, neither the Reservations Company, the Resort, nor the Managing Agent will be liable for any form of compensation / refund. 5. Additional Group Booking forms must be signed by the main member upon arrival at the resort. Should the main member fail to sign the said indemnities, access will be denied, with no compensation / refund given. 6. The Key and Breakage deposit is payable per chalet confirmed, and not per Group.
